ROC curves generated by comparing circulating levels of CFHR5, LBP, SAA1, and CRP in TB patients versus ORDs in the HIV-uninfected group showed that the best performance was achieved by combining markers (Figure 9A, AUC 0.89 [95% confidence interval: 0.80–0.98, P ≤ 0.001]).
