Here, we reveal that the miR‐20a‐5p‐RGMa‐RhoA pathway regulates axonal growth and neuronal branching in vitro and that silencing miR‐20a‐5p regulates epileptogenesis through RGMa‐RhoA‐mediated synaptic plasticity in a PTZ‐induced epilepsy model (Figure 7G). This evidence concerns the gene RHOA and epilepsy.
