In this study, only BRCA-1/2 mutation-related, in situ carcinoma or invasive in situ carcinoma, lymph node metastasis and postoperative time were considered influencing factors for fertility decision-making, and the risk of disease metastasis, recurrence and prognosis of patients should also be systematically evaluated (e.g., tumor size, pathological grade, invasion of peripheral vascular tumors and status of Her-2 and hormone receptor), the lack of which may be a deficiency in our survey. This evidence concerns the gene BRCA1 and in situ carcinoma.
