To explore the influence of TXNIP on the conduction velocity of different peripheral nerves, we used the motor and/or sensory conduction velocity of the bilateral ulnar nerve, median nerve, common peroneal nerve, tibial nerve, sural nerve, and superficial peroneal nerve as dependent variables, while TXNIP, age, course of diabetes, glycosylated hemoglobin, FBG, vitamin D3, SDBG were used as independent variables. The gene discussed is TXNIP; the disease is diabetes mellitus.
