OTULIN and breast carcinoma: Interestingly, GSEA analyses of genes, whose expression is significantly correlated with the OTULIN levels in breast cancer patients from TCGA-panCAN dataset, revealed that OTULIN expression is positively correlated with increased Wnt/β-catenin-target genes and MYC-target genes (Supplementary Fig. 6N–O), suggesting that OTULIN may play an important role in enhancing Wnt/β-catenin activation and MYC signaling.
