After evaluating the association between DGUOK-AS1 and miR-497-5p target hub genes, positive correlations were identified between DGUOK-AS1 and CHEK1, RRM2, and TRIP13. Using the ENCORI database, we showed that CHEK1 expression was negatively correlated with the overall survival and high levels of ANLN expression was associated with poor disease-free survival in patients with BC. This evidence concerns the gene TRIP13 and breast cancer.
