The modular distance for each target antigen (AMA = “A”, TRYPO = “T” and EPI = E) of TcI (Fig. 4, left panels), TcVI (Fig. 4, middle panels) and TcII (Fig. 4, right panels) were then employed for pre-selecting the pair of attributes (“target antigens” & “serum dilutions”) with higher delta reactivity to segregate subgroups of Chagas disease patients.
