Nevertheless, when each combination was analyzed independently, AML patients showed a significantly higher percentage of DNAM-1−TIGIT+TACTILE+ (p = 0.02), DNAM-1−TIGIT+TACTILE− (p = 0.001), DNAM-1−TIGIT−TACTILE+ (p = 0.003) and DNAM-1−TIGIT−TACTILE− (p = 0.001) NK cell subsets, compared to healthy donors (Figure 2a and Figure 3a).
