The analysis of the specific subsets showed that AML patients had a significant decrease in the percentage of DNAM-1+TIGIT−TACTILE+ T cells (p = 0.001) and an increase in the percentage of DNAM-1−TIGIT+TACTILE+ (p = 0.004), DNAM-1−TIGIT+TACTILE− (p = 0.02) and DNAM-1− TIGIT− TACTILE− (p = 0.02) T cells (Figure 2b and Figure 3b). This evidence concerns the gene CD96 and acute myeloid leukemia.
