Nevertheless, in CD8+CD56+ T cells, DNAM-1+ TIGIT− TACTILE− cells were significantly reduced in AML patients compared with healthy donors (p = 0.047), whereas DNAM-1− TIGIT+ TACTILE+ cells (p = 0.01) and DNAM-1−TIGIT−TACTILE+ cells (p = 0.003) were increased (Figure 5b, middle panel, and Figure 7b).
