As shown in (Fig. 1f), among GBM patients who received chemotherapy (temozolomide), those with low SERBP1 levels had significantly longer survival (20.91 ± 2.52 months, 95% CI 15.67–26.15) than those with high SERBP1 levels (11.11 ± 1.22 months, 95% CI 8.68–13.55) (P = 0.0002). Here, SERBP1 is linked to glioblastoma.
