In the urinary and male reproductive tracts, ACE2 was expressed at a higher level in KIRC and kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP) than in normal kidney, but at a lower level in testicular germ cell tumor (TGCT) than in normal testis; nevertheless, the difference in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA) and prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD) did not reach statistical significance (Fig. 2f). This evidence concerns the gene ACE2 and testicular germ cell tumor.
