A daily dose of pegylated recombinant human IL-10 (AM0010) was injected subcutaneously into the recruited patients with advanced solid tumours, including CRC, renal cell cancer (RCC), etc. Although there was a certain degree of side effects, such as anaemia, fatigue, thrombocytopaenia, fever, and injection site reactions, the side effects remained within an acceptable range. The gene discussed is IL10; the disease is renal cell adenocarcinoma.
