A daily dose of pegylated recombinant human IL-10 (AM0010) was injected subcutaneously into the recruited patients with advanced solid tumours, including CRC, renal cell cancer (RCC), etc. Although there was a certain degree of side effects, such as anaemia, fatigue, thrombocytopaenia, fever, and injection site reactions, the side effects remained within an acceptable range. This evidence concerns the gene IL10 and colorectal carcinoma.
