In a comparative analysis among PET/CT with PSMA-targeted agents and 18F-FACBC in BR-PCa with PSA levels < 2 ng/mL [32], PET/CT with PSMA-targeted agents had a significantly higher detection rate (80%) compared to PET/CT with 18F-FACBC (62%) for PSA levels of 1.0–1.9 ng/mL. Here, FOLH1 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
