According to an updated meta-analysis [24], PET with 68Ga-PSMA-targeted agents improved the detection of metastases in BR-PCa, and the detection rate was related to serum PSA values: for PSA level categories ≥ 2, 1–1.99, 0.5–0.99, 0.2–0.49, and 0–0.19 ng/mL, the percentages of positive PET/CT with 68Ga-PSMA-targeted agents were 95%, 75%, 59%, 45%, and 33%, respectively. Here, FOLH1 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
