PGLYRP1 and infection: Very interestingly, 10 upregulated genes are common between the early and the late responses, 6 days post-infection, relative to the control: 5 of the 10 Clip-domain serine proteases (CLIP-B15, CLIP-B34, CLIP-B35, CLIP-B46 and CLIP-D1), transferrin (Tf1), C-type lectin (CTLMA-13 and CTLMA-14), PGRP and GNBP.
