To further investigate whether the p38 MAPK signaling pathway is involved in the process of LIMD1 increasing the sensitivity of lung adenocarcinoma cells to cisplatin, we added 10-μM SB203580 (an inhibitor of the p38 MAPK signaling pathway) to A549-vec, A549-LIMD1, H1299-vec, and H1299-LIMD1 cells and determined the cellular protein expression by Western blot. The gene discussed is LIMD1; the disease is lung adenocarcinoma.
