As expected, overexpression of hnRNP A1 promoted HCC cell growth, migration and invasion and colony formation (Figure S4A-S4D), while silencing of hnRNP A1 suppressed HCC cell malignant phenotypes (Figure S4E-S4H), indicating that hnRNP A1 is a driver for HCC cell proliferation and metastasis, which is contrary to the functions of ZFP91. This evidence concerns the gene ZFP91 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
