In urothelial carcinoma, Nectin-4 expression were detected in 434 (82.8%) of 524 bladder cancers (1+, 118 [22.5%]; 2+, 154 [29.4%]; and 3+,162 [30.9%]) [3], and another study reported that Nectin-4 expression level (median H-score) was 290(range:14–300) in 125 UCs including 44 UTUCs (35%) [4]. Here, NECTIN4 is linked to urinary bladder carcinoma.
