Menstrual blood-derived stromal cells (MnSCs) were established from four secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (SPMS)-affected donors and three control (CT) healthy donors and were used to derive iPS cell lines (iPSC-MS-01 to -04 and iPSC-CT-01 to -03) through retroviral-driven overexpression of the three reprogramming factors: OCT4, SOX2 and KLF4 [17,25,26]. This evidence concerns the gene POU5F1 and secondary progressive multiple sclerosis.
