During fungal infection, various classes of antioxidative enzymes, polyamine oxidase, peroxidase superfamily protein, the alpha/beta hydrolase superfamily protein, PAL–2, glutathione reductase, respiratory burst oxidase protein, L-ascorbate oxidase, and classes of lipoxygenase proteins, were found to be up-regulated in the RI compared to the RC. This evidence concerns the gene GSR and fungal infectious disease.
