AGAP2 and endometrial carcinoma: It is now widely accepted that AGAP2 regulates cell migration 11, and overexpression of AGAP2 causes intracellular redistribution of activator protein 1 (AP- 1) 12, which is an important modulator in several carcinomas, such as breast 13,14 and endometrial carcinomas 15, ovarian cancer 16, colorectal cancer 17, gastric cancer 18, acute myeloid leukemia 19 and anaplastic large cell lymphoma 20.
