In summary, by analyzing the differential expression of KCNKs genes, clinical staging analysis, prognosis analysis and functional enrichment analysis, we found that only four genes, KCNK2, KCNK4, KCNK5, and KCNK15, may play a role in the carcinogenesis of thyroid cancer. This evidence concerns the gene KCNK15 and thyroid gland carcinoma.
