As a result, KCNK1, KCNK2, KCNK3, KCNK4, KCNK5, KCNK6, KCNK7, KCNK9, KCNK10, KCNK12, KCNK13, KCNK15, KCNK16, KCNK17 and KCNK18 were altered in 5%, 2.8%, 4%, 2.8%, 5%, 4%, 1%, 1%, 3%, 5%, 1.5%, 4%, 3% and 0.8% of the queried papillary thyroid carcinoma samples, respectively (Figure 4C).
