Gain-of-function assays showed that FOXD3-AS1 increased the IC50 values of cisplatin in A549 and H1299 cells; while FOXD3-AS1 knockdown decreased IC50 values of cisplatin in A549/DDP and H1299/DPP cells, suggesting that FOXD3-AS1 exerts promoting effects on cisplatin resistance in NSCLC cells.
