To further investigate the potential significance of these high-frequency neoantigens, we focused on mutations with the highest frequency, including KRAS G12D, KRAS G12V, PIK3CA E545K, and PIK3CA H1047R, because these mutations not only produce recurrent neoantigens but also have a higher frequency in the CRC cohort (Figures 3(a) and 3(b)). This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and colorectal carcinoma.
