Among the significant prognosticators, NRAS mutations (p = 0.03), M1c stage (p = 0.0016), presence of brain metastases (p = 0.0001), high LDH levels (p = 0.0002), and elevated tumor burden (p = 0.01) resulted in a significant correlation with poor outcome in univariate analysis (Figure 5A–E).
