We and others have previously shown that human triple-negative breast cancers were expressing higher levels of most CXCR2 ligands (CXCL1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8) than luminal or Her2-positive tumors [8,9,12,13,14,19]. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL1 and triple-negative breast carcinoma.
