RHO and astrocytoma (excluding glioblastoma): In astrocytoma cells, we demonstrated that Rapha Myr® provoked protein–cytoskeletal reorganization with growth arrest, shape modifications and inhibition of migration capability, probably resulting from its effects on the microtubule polymerization by interaction with cysteine residues of tubulin [35] and on the Rho pathway alteration leading to the disarrangement of the actin-cytoskeleton [36].
