EZH2 and gastric cancer: Realtime qRT-PCR in 156 gastric cancer cases and immunoblot in randomly selected 20 cases showed that EZH2 was overexpressed in gastric cancer tissues compared with the matched adjacent normal mucous, and EZH2 overexpression is positively correlated with the tumor size, lymphatic invasion and TNM stage, and poor disease-free survival and overall survival of patients [25].
