The present results allow us to conclude that rotavirus Wt1-5 can be a potential candidate to be further studied as an oncolytic agent that can use cell surface proteins Hsp90, Hsp70, Hsc70, PDI, and integrin β3 to infect human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells expressing these cellular proteins. The gene discussed is HSP90AB1; the disease is acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
