As these results indicated a potential role of ZNF213-AS1 in cell growth and migration, we used FANTOM CAT Recount 2 atlas (Imada et al. 2020), which incorporates The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) data set (Collado-Torres et al. 2017), and found relatively higher expression of ZNF213-AS1 in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML) and in low-grade gliomas (LGG) as compared to other cancers (Supplemental Fig. S6A). The gene discussed is ZNF213; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
