MIR100HG and gastric cancer: CXXC4 overexpression has been shown to exert inhibitory effects on immune escape of gastric cancer cells, by suppressing SGC7901 cell proliferation and promoting release of IFN‐γ by CD3+ T cells via the inactivated CDK18‐ERK1/2 signalling pathway through down‐regulation of ELK1 phosphorylation and MIR100HG expression.
