CAMK2G and coronary artery disorder: The hub genes CD40, F11R, TNRC18, and calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase type II gamma (CAMK2G) were recognized as the most pivotal genes in the pathogenesis of CAD and could serve as biomarkers to diagnose CAD and be used as target genes to develop effective therapeutic schemes for CAD in non-diabetic patients.
