NFKB1 and osteosarcoma: Since the NF-κB, AKT and ERK signaling pathways are aberrantly activated in osteosarcoma and frequently associated with tumor relapse or drug resistance [7–9, 11, 12, 15], the BBD24-mediated inhibitory effect on multiple cancer-associated signaling networks may be a potential strategy for combating tumor relapse or drug resistance.
