Consistent with results based on prostate cancer patients from TCGA, we also found that HNRNPA2B1 was not only highly expressed in patients with high GS (Figure 5A), but also significantly associated with unfavorable RFS (HR = 2.3e+10, 95%CI 3.9e+3 - 1.4e+17) (Figure 5B, 5C). The gene discussed is HNRNPA2B1; the disease is prostate cancer.
