Our study confirms similar reports about the effect of NFKBIE variants on NFkB activity in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and lymphoid malignancies (chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma (PMBL) and Hodgkin lymphoma (HL)) [41,42,43]. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and rheumatoid arthritis.
