KLRC2 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: The degranulation of NKG2C+ KIR2DL2/3− CD57− NK cell subsets against ALL cells (H9 cell line and primary ALL blasts) was significantly higher than that of NKG2C+ KIR2DL2/3+ CD57+ NK cell subsets (64.46% versus 30.75%, p = 0.0084, against H9, and 56.53% versus 31.87%, p = 0.0011, for COE-B blasts), regardless of the HLA-C environment of NK cells (C1+ or C2+) (Figure 6D).
