Figure 6A shows a tumor-stage independent nucleoside production of total exosomes. No significant difference in production of inosine and hypoxanthine was visible. CD45(−) exosomes showed significantly lower 5′AMP levels than CD45(+) and total exosomes. Total and CD45(−) exosomes produced higher adenosine levels compared to CD45(+) exosomes, concluding that the majority of adenosine production derives from the CD45(−), TEX-enriched, fraction.
