To determinate the ultimate difference in TAS2R4 and TAS2R14 expression in those cells, in 2019, Singh et al. [123] studied the same lines of mammary cells and established that TAS2R4 and TAS2R14 expression patterns were dissimilar, with decreased levels of TAS2R4 and increased levels of TAS2R14 in breast cancer clinical samples compared to non-cancerous controls. This evidence concerns the gene TAS2R14 and breast carcinoma.
