The findings in our study suggest that even in NSCLC patients with an EGFR mutation evaluation of PD-L1 expression can help predict the efficacy of PD-1 inhibitors, and that PD-1 inhibitors can serve as one of the treatment options for patients with an EGFR mutation and high PD-L1 expression. This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
