Many studies have demonstrated the potential association between helicobacter pylori infection with CRC.3,12 However, in the current study, we found the positive rate of Ig G (+) and Cag A (+) was 50.9% and 54.9% in colorectal cancer group, and the rate in the control group was 44.9% and 52.7%, there was no significant difference in each positive rate between the two groups. This evidence concerns the gene GAN and colorectal carcinoma.
