Three 5hmC markers involved in PI (phosphatidylinositol) metabolism was identified, including PIP5K1A, INPP4B, and PNPLA7. It was reported that the ratio of phosphatidylinositol was higher in the plasma of the children with obstructive jaundice than in normal [35]. This evidence concerns the gene PNPLA7 and obstructive jaundice.
