AFP and neoplasm: In the multivariate analyses, larger tumor size (>5 cm) (P = .005; 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.964‐17.226; hazard ratio (HR): 5.087), subcapsular location (P < .001; 95% CI: 2.188‐14.437; HR: 6.520), AFP level of >20 ng/mL (P = .017; 95% CI: 1.752‐4.262; HR: 2.997) and INR of <1.01 (P = .023; 95% CI: 0.126‐0.856; HR: 0.329) were found to be independent risk factors associated with seeding after PTA (Table 4).
