The TP53 detection rates in TNBC (73.0%, 100/137) and HR−/HER2+ tumors (72.2%, 26/36) and HR+/HER2+ (70.0%, 14/20) were significantly higher than in HR+/HER2− (46.2%, 42/91) breast cancer (P < 0.01). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is breast cancer.
