ZNF692 and urinary bladder cancer: Immunohistochemical staining revealed that, compared with other subcellular localization, these candidate hub genes were more highly expressed in the cytoplasm of tumor cells: 58.06% cases of bladder cancer specimens (72/124) were scored as CORO1C overexpression (Figures 5E,F), 34.68% cases of bladder cancer specimens (43/124) were scored as TMPRSS4 overexpression (Figures 5G,H), and 43.55% (54/124) and 81.45% (101/124) were scored as PIK3C2B and ZNF692 overexpression.
