When exposed to vaccines against influenza (respectively, subunit, immunoadjuvant, and split-), Th-2 cytokine levels were also increased compared to the control (PBML supernatant without vaccines): IL-10 levels were 13.9, 14.3, and 14.9 times higher compared to the control (from 11 to 152.9, 157.7, and 163.9 pg/mL, SD = 18.6, 18.3, 11.6, p < 0.001). Here, IL10 is linked to influenza.
