Consistent with this finding, Wang et al. [11] have discovered that the overexpressed SATB2-AS1 could inhibit subcutaneous tumor formation in nude mice, and Tang et al. [18] have validated that the inhibition of miR-155-3p in hepatocellular carcinoma cells could decrease tumorigenesis in vivo. The gene discussed is SATB2; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
