SATB2 and breast cancer: Flow cytometry and Transwell assay were used to assess the apoptosis, invasion and migration of BC cells, the results indicated that (Fig. 3e–g) in MDA-MB-231 cells, the oe-SATB2-AS1 group showed increased apoptosis rate (P < 0.001), and depressed migration (P < 0.001) and invasion rates (P < 0.001) versus to the Oe-NC group; in MCF-7 cells, the apoptosis rate was restricted (P < 0.001), and the migration (P < 0.001) and invasion rates (P = 0.004) were enhanced in the sh-SATB2-AS1 group with respect to the sh-NC group.
