SATB2 and breast cancer: The proliferation of the BC cells was measured by MTT assay and colony formation assay, and it could be found that (Fig. 6c, d) in MDA-MB-231 cells, versus the sh-SATB2-AS1 + inhibitor-NC group, the cell viability (P < 0.001) and colony-forming ability (P < 0.001) were repressed in the sh-SATB2-AS1 + miR-155-3p inhibitor group; in MCF-7 cells, with respect to the Oe-SATB2-AS1 + mimic-NC group, the cell viability (P < 0.001) and colony-forming ability (P < 0.001) were promoted in the Oe-SATB2-AS1 + miR-155-3p mimic group.
