The expression trend of p-CDK2 (Fig. 2d–f) was similar to that of Ki67 and cyclin H. Additionally, the results showed that Cyclin H was positively correlated to Ki-67 (r = 0.907; P < 0.001) (Fig. 2g) and p-CDK2 (r = 0.788; P < 0.001) (Fig. 2h) expression in 60 ovarian cancer tissues, demonstrating the involvement of cyclin H in cell cycle regulation of ovarian cancer. Here, CDK2 is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
