Zhang et al. demonstrated that overexpression of lncRNA HULC could promote the proliferation, migration, and invasion of HCC cells in vitro, as well as xenograft tumor growth in vivo through targeting miR-2052 as a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) [11] Chen et al. suggested that lncRNA CDKN2B-AS expression was able to facilitate HCC metastasis via the miR-153-5p/ARHGAP18 axis [12].
