The final list of publications included in this review consists of 11 studies describing the impact of anti-VEGF therapy on vision-related outcomes, including blindness, other vision impairment outcomes, and the ability to drive; four studies (five publications) on the patients’ overall quality of life (QoL); six studies on the depression or anxiety in patients receiving anti-VEGF treatment; nine studies on the risk for mortality, myocardial infarction, or stroke); and 13 studies on the impact of anti-VEGF therapy on costs. This evidence concerns the gene VEGFA and Stroke.
