GNA11 and cancer: With regard to the COMPARE analysis, other genes from diverse functional groups appeared in our analysis such as cell differentiation (e.g., RQCD1) and other numerous signaling pathways (e.g., PLCL1, USP34, TRIP10, DAPK3, GNA11, CTNNAL 1, OPTN, CYR61, EGFR, BCAM, APLP2, and CAV1), among which some may participate in tumor growth and directly or indirectly contribute to cancer occurrence.
