Interestingly, “Lymphovascular invasion indicator” (P = 0.0336) and “Vital status data” (P = 0.0120) were found to be significantly associated with Zac1 expression, with no significant association with other clinical characteristic, including age, tobacco smoking status, HPV status, clinical stage, neoplasm histologic grade, or T/N/M stage (Table 1), suggesting high Zac1 expression is linked to cervical cancer metastasis clinically.
