Quantitatively, tumor uptake of 64Cu‐NOTA‐IgG plateaued at 48 h with a value of 5.30 ± 0.62% ID per g (n = 3), which was significantly lower than 13.20 ± 2.67% ID per g (n = 4) achieved by 64Cu‐NOTA‐ALT‐836 (p = 0.0044). This evidence concerns the gene GPT and neoplasm.
